Vanhoja (ja miel. lahoja) puukyniä
Suttupaperia
I better start this week with that crayon instruction I alredy forgot. So, here ate the Do-It-Yourself-Crayons;
You'll need:
A knife for cutting
Old (and a tad rotten, pref.) colored pencils
Paper
Halkaise kynät varovasti veitsellä; työnnä terä kynän puusyitä mukaillen puuainekseen ja käännä veistä pitäen kynästä kiinni. Yleensä kynä halkeaa pituussuuntaan siististi, riippuu, kuinka lahonnut kynä on kyseessä.. Voit ensin katkaista kynän käsin jos se tuntuu liian pitkältä.
Poista puuaines varovasti väriytimen ympäriltä käsin tai veitsellä.
Kuorittu väriydin näyttää tällaiselta:
Slice the pencils in half with knife; Be carefull, stick the blade into a pencil by following the fibers in the wood, and bend the knife sideways while holding the pencil by hand. The pencil should cut open clean and verticaly, depending on how rotten your pencil is.. If the pencil is too long, you can just cut it in two at the beginning.
Remove the wood-chips around the color-core by hand or by scraping with knife.
Finaly, the peeled color-core appears as so:
Katko paljas väriydin vaikka sormin sopivankokoisiksi paloiksi.
Kuluta pätkiä liidun näköisiksi värittämällä suttupaperille.
Cut the color-core into a proper-sized pieces by hand or by knife.
Wear the pieces by rubbing them against the paper, to get them look like crayons.
Kuluta toinen pää tasaiseksi ja toinen teräväksi:
The other end should be flat and the other end pointed:
Näin siis syntyvät pienet ja toimivat väriliidut nukkekotiin :)
So, this is how to make some real crayons for the dollhouse :)
