Ensimmäisiä Adalminalle tekemiäni juttuja oli myrkkysienet, jotka pölyttyivät keittiön korissa (ja ropisivat lattialle aina kun liikutin keittiön tasopöytää). Sitten keksin laittaa ne itämään:
So the every-spring plantings started even in the Lupescu family. I personally took an early start and already planted some basil during February..
The first items I made for Adalmina were these poisonous mushrooms, that just gathered dust in the basket of the kitchen for a long time. So I figured I'd finaly plant them up:

These came out quite cute, though I do say so myself.. Here's a close-up of the toadstools:
Sienet ovat cernit-massaa, maalattu akryylein. Istutuspohjan leikkasin pesusienestä. Tein sienille kasvatuslaatikot alkuperäisistä kirjoituspöydän vetolaatikoista (kerroinhan vaihtavani ne aina uusiin).
..Kun talossa on joskus kellari, sienet todennäköisesti päätyvät sinne, kylmä, pimeä ja kostea kun lienee kaikenlaisille tateille parempi paikka kuin aurinkoinen patio :)
I made the mushrooms from Cernit polymere-clay, and painted them with acrylic-paint. The planting-base is made of synthetic-sponge and the crates are the original drawers of the Carlton-house desk (I told you how I always change them up).
..If I ever get a proper dollhouse with a basement, I'll probably place these there, since a little chilly, dark, and moist basement is always a better place for mushrooms to grow than a sunny patio :)
